Crushed Honey Grahams Crackers

These finely crushed honey crackers are made from a type of whole wheat flour named after an American minister from the 1800s, Sylvester Graham. At that time, Sylvester Graham was a strong opponent of bleaching and wasting nutrients and believed in using natural grains without additives as the raw material for healthier flour. With Graham flour, the components of the wheat grain are ground separately, allowing for maximum results in terms of flavor and nutrients before being combined into flour. This makes the flour coarser in texture and it bakes better and is more shelf-stable.
