Delivery Options

From now on, our customers can take advantage of additional opportunities to have their orders delivered. With this page, we would like to explain what the options are and what it means. This option is only applicable for delivery in the Netherlands.

Specific day

During ordering, you have the opportunity to choose a day when you would like to receive your package. We make sure that the package is sent the day before you'd like to receive your order. This request is not legally binding.

  • Fee: No extra charge
  • Delivery: Tuesday / Saturday

Pick up at a PostNL location

You can also choose to have a package delivered not at home but at a PostNL location near you. During the checkout process, you will be able to choose from a location near you.

  • Fee: No extra charge
  • Packages can be picked up the next business day from 16:00 hours (Tuesday / Saturday)
  • There are over 2,000 available pickup locations in the Netherlands
  • Pick up your order at any PostNL location always requires the recipient's signature
  • Free SMS notification once the package is ready to be picked up

Evening delivery

If you are not at home during the day and you would like to have it delivered in the evening, you can choose during the checkout process for an evening delivery.

  • Fee: € 1,50 (incl 21% Vat)
  • Evening delivery takes place on Tuesday through Friday evening from 18:00 to 21:30 hours
  • Evening delivery is currently possible on 90% of the addresses in the Netherlands
  • Packages are only delivered at your home address and not with your neighbors

Morning delivery

If you are only home before 12:00 and you would like to have it delivered in the morning, you can choose during the checkout process for a morning delivery

  • Fee: € 16.95
  • Morning delivery takes place on Tuesday through Friday morning before 12:00 hours
  • Packages are only delivered at your home address and not with your neighbors
  • When you place your order on Friday it will be delivered on Monday morning before 12:00 hours
  • When you place your order on Saturday it will be delivered on Tuesday morning before 12:00 hours
  • Morning delivery is possible throughout the Netherlands, with the exception of the West Frisian Islands
