Sesame sauce

This spicy sauce is a paste made of ground brown and not toasted sesame seeds. The taste and texture are a bit similar to peanut butter, alone or without sugar. Chinese sesame paste is naturally a little bit bitter. Accommodating Mee Chun is for use only thoroughly stirred to be as pasta and oil will separate during storage from one another. The paste is used to flavor sauces or dips ordinary sauces in Chinese cuisine.
