Necessities:
- 150 g pork fillet / spare ribs (cut into pieces)
- 1/2 red bell pepper (cut into pieces)
- 2 slices of canned pineapple (drained and cut into pieces)
- Corn starch
- 1 packet of lee kum kee sauce for sweet and sour pork / spare ribs
Preparation method:
- Mix pork fillet with marinade (teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 tbsp beaten egg)
- Sprinkle the pork fillet with corn starch and fry in hot oil until golden yellow and cooked through. Drain
- Fry red pepper and pineapple in 1 tbsp oil. Add lee kum kee sauce for sweet and sour pork / spare ribs and heat through. Add the pork fillet and stir well
