Puto Seko Coconut Milk Biscuits

Laura's is a brand in the Philippines that every time again for something good but special to bring to the market. These coconut milk biscuits are not comparable to the coconut macaroon cookies that we know. The puto seko are small round rounded cookies that are crunchy and somewhat drier in taste as the macrons.

Ingredients:

Cornstarch, cane sugar, wheat flour, vegetable shortening (hydrogenated coconut and/or palm oil), coconut milk, dried coconut, eggs, leavening agents (E503, E500), iodized salt.
