Recipe Idea: Fried rice with chicken

Requirements for fried rice:

(5 people)

• 500 grams of rice (preferably Parboiled rice)
• 2 eggs
• 5 tablespoons of Nasi herbs
• 4 tablespoons (sweet / salty sweet soy sauce)
• 1 chopped onion
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 3 sprigs of celery leaves
• Possibly salt and pepper to taste

Requirements for Chicken:

(5 people)

• 1 chicken thigh meat
• 50 gr ginger puree
• 5 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons of oil
• 1 chopped onion
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 3 sprigs of celery leaves
• salt pepper

Preparation method:

• Boil the rice and then rinse it with cold water and let it drain well. Preferably 1 day in advance.
• Beat the eggs lightly with the onion and garlic
• Put the oil in a pan and stir-fry the egg batter
• Add the nasi herbs and then add the rice
• Mix well and add a little sweet soy sauce, season the salt with salt and pepper if necessary
• Keep warm
• Cut the chicken into pieces and bake in the oil with onion and garlic
• Add the ginger puree with the soy sauce and stir the chicken with the celeriac
• The chicken together with the nasi serve
