Hot Chili Seasoning Mix

This spice mix is specially designed to make the tastiest chili yourself in an instant. With the mix you put a nice spicy dish on the table within 20 minutes. The whole family will enjoy this.

Preparation method: (preparation: 5 min / cooking time: 15 min - 4 people)

Necessities

• 1 tablespoon of oil
• 1 pound of lean ground beef or turkey
• 1 packet Hot Chili spice mix
• 1 tin (approx. 430 ml) diced tomatoes
• Kidney beans or pinto beans (not drained)
• Topping: grated cheese, chopped onions or sour cream

Method

1. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
2. Fry the meat in large skillet over medium heat
3. Drain the fat
4. Add the spice mix, tomatoes and beans in liquid
5. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
6. Serve with toppings, if desired.
