Sushinoko Vinegar powder

Sushinoko is a vinegar powder to make sushi vinegar in a quick and easy way. Sushi vinegar consists of vinegar, salt and sugar and is in perfect proportions. With this instant mix you never miss out and you always have sushi vinegar at home.

Instructions:

• Sprinkle the powder over the cooked Japanese Sushi rice and mix well.
• 1 pouch is good for about 4-5 cups of sushi rice

Tip

Mix the dried Sushi Vinegar mix with a little cold water, stir well and then over the warm cooked Sushi rice. This ensures that the vinegar can easily mix with the rice.
