Chili Oil

Pantai Chili Oil is an aromatic and spicy oil flavored with chilli peppers. Just a small amount can add extra heat and a rich, spicy character to a wide variety of dishes.

The chilli oil is ideal for stir-fries and can be added directly to the wok while cooking. Try it with noodles, fried rice, vegetables, chicken, meat, shrimp, or tofu. Start with a small amount and add more according to your preferred level of heat.

Chilli oil can also be used as a finishing touch for noodle soups, dumplings, rice dishes, and other Asian meals. It also makes a flavorful base for a spicy dipping sauce, for example combined with soy sauce.

How to use it?

• Take a wok and heat it
• Put a dash of oil in the wok and wait until it is hot
• Bake your vegetables or meat or chicken for a very short time with constant stirring. Keep the vegetable al dente, and ensure that the meat is not fried for too long.
• Season your dish with any stir-fry mix or add noodles or noodles

Tip: Use a little Magic Sarap as a seasoning with your vegetables or noodles.
