If you have chosen to pay by manual bank transfer, we kindly ask you to make your payment as soon as possible. Your order will be processed once we have received your payment.

- Delivery on a specific day: Choose your preferred delivery day at no additional cost.
- Collection from a service point: Have your order delivered to a nearby collection point at an adjusted shipping rate.

International shipping
Toko 4 All delivers not only within the Netherlands but also to customers in various European countries.
We currently ship to the following countries:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic and Sweden.
Please note: possible island surcharges
Additional shipping charges may apply to certain destinations, including islands and remote areas. This may apply, among others, to shipments to the Netherlands, Germany, Italy and Spain.
If such a surcharge applies and is not automatically calculated during checkout, we will contact you before dispatching your order.
Returning items
Not completely satisfied with your order? We are sorry to hear that. At Toko 4 All, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have a further 14 calendar days to return the items to us.
Return conditions
We kindly ask you to handle the items with care and, where reasonably possible, return them in their original packaging.
Please be aware that statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply to certain products, such as perishable food items and products with a seal that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.
How to return items
- Check which items you would like to return and pack them carefully.
- Download and complete our return form. You may state a reason for the return, but this is not required.
- Send the items, preferably together with the completed return form, to the address below.

Return costs and refunds
The direct costs of returning items are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Following your notice of withdrawal, we will refund the amount due, including the original standard shipping costs if you return the entire order, within 14 days.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items or until you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed with you.
