Ayam Goreng Seasoning Paste

This is a classic from Indonesian cuisine. As so often this recipe can be prepared in different ways, the many regions in Indonesia all have their way of making this dish.

Ingredients to prepare:

• 1 whole chicken (8 ons)
• 750 cc water
• 1 sachet of Munik Deep-fried Chicken Seasoning

Cooking Direction:

1. Pour water in a wide-base medium saucepan, add in chicken pieces and Munik instant seasoning
2. Boil for 45 minutes and then drain the chicken
3. Deep-Fried chicken with a medium flame until turning golden brown
4. Ready to serve

Ingredients:

Chili peppers, shallots, sugar, salt, lemongrass, galangal, candlenut, garlic, preservative E211, and flavor enhancer E621.
