Very often we receive questions from customers about certain services on our site. One of these questions is about the Pre-Order Products
Pre-Order Products
Most of our pre-order products are fruits or vegetables that are perishable and have a short shelf life. In most cases, we can source almost any fruit or vegetable, but we cannot keep these items in stock since we are not a walk-in store. On this information page, we will list the products that are available for pre-order. If you need something that’s not listed, feel free to contact us through the contact page on our website — we will most likely be able to meet your request.
How does it work?

You place and pay for your order in advance.

As soon as we receive the fresh products, we prepare your order.

Have you ordered other products as well? We will include them in the same shipment with your pre-order items.

We ship the complete order as soon as the fresh products have arrived.
This way, you are guaranteed the best fresh products and you avoid missing out.
Shipping
Since pre-order products are often perishable, we can ship them by post, but this is always at the customer’s own risk. Please make sure to choose a shipping method that fits your availability to receive the package. If PostNL or DPD cannot deliver the package because no one is home, they may only attempt delivery again the next day — which can negatively affect the freshness of the products.
Quality
Pre-order products are specially ordered for you. Often, we cannot determine from the outside whether a product is in perfect condition or not. We will send the products to you, but if a product does not meet your expectations, unfortunately, we cannot offer compensation. These items are always at the customer’s own risk.
