Chicken Curry Seasoning Paste
Chicken curry is a dish that originated in the Indian subcontinent. This dish is very popular in India, Southeast Asia, Great Britain and the Caribbean. The curry consists of stewed chicken in a sauce of onions and tomatoes flavored with ginger, garlic, tomato paste, chili peppers and a variety of spices, often including turmeric, cumin, coriander, cinnamon and cardamom.
Ingredients to prepare:
- 1 whole chicken (8 ons
- 200 cc coconut milk
- 500 cc water
- 1 sachet of munik chicken curry seasoning
Cooking Direction:
- Pour coconut milk and munik instant seasoning into a wide base medium saucepan, and bring to boil.
- Once boiling stir occassionally
- Add in chicken pieces and cook for 25 minutes keep the flame medium, and stir occasionally
- Remove chicken then filter the curry gravy
- Shimmer the chicken and cook curry gravy one more time until curry gravy is thickened
- Ready to serve
