Kentucky Hot and Spicy Coating mix
Kentucky coating mix is easy to use and is a ready-made mix. Kentucky chicken as we know it is the deliciously crispy pieces of chicken or chicken wings as most people like it. The mix of Kobe makes it easy to bake your own Kentucky chicken, delicious at parties or for your visit.
Preparation method:
- Cut ½ kilos of chicken into pieces
- Season the chicken with the Kentucky spice mix and leave it for about 30 minutes or overnight in the fridge
- Make a batter with 1 tablespoon of flour and 6 tablespoons of water
- Take the pieces of chicken through the batter
- Then take the pieces of chicken through the rest of the flour.
