This dish is a popular dish in the Philippines that originated in La Paz in Iloilo. Traditionally this dish is made with organ meat such as kidneys, liver, and spleen. Served in a deep bowl, this soup is then topped with garlic, spring onion, raw egg, and chicharron.
How to prepare:
- Bring the water to the boil 470 ml (2 cups)
- Boil the noodles with the garnish in 3 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and add the flavorings.
- Serve and enjoy
