How should I use it?
Lye-water is used in Japanese ramen or Chinese egg noodles. By adding this lye of water the noodle becomes gentler and more resilient. Lye water is not completely harmless in use. It is concentrated and can cause burns to the skin if used incorrectly. Lye water must not be used undiluted and must be kept out of the reach of children.
