This Pasta is a white fermented soybean paste that can be used as flavoring in various salads, sauces but of course also to make a delicious Miso soup supplemented with Dashi (Japanese fish / algae extract), seaweed leaf and tofu. This paste has a mild taste and contains 100% natural ingredients. White Miso is created by fermenting soy paste in combination with rice, the fermentation process is created by adding a specific fungus Koji-Kin. The pasta can be used raw, but is also delicious to use in hot dishes. Just don't let the pasta cook for too long as otherwise the flavor will be lost. The structure of this miso is creamy, smooth and, due to its yellow / brown color, looks a bit like peanut butter. The taste is quite salty so be careful when adding the pasta and taste the dish regularly. Limited shelf life after opening
