Misua Chinese Vermicelli
These noodles traditionally come from China and are also known as Long Life Noodles. The noodles are a bit like the glass noodles or rice vermicelli, they are only thinner, more yellow and not made from mung beans or rice flour. These noodles are made from wheat flour and are therefore not suitable for people on a gluten-free diet. The noodles are often used as vermicelli in the soup. This vermicelli is also delicious in a salad, but also perfect for stir-frying.
