Necessities:

• 310 ml Pancake mix (1 1/4 cup)
• 210 ml of milk
• 1 large egg

Preparation method:

• Heat the lightly greased baking sheet or pan over a middle layer of heat
• Mix the pancake mix, milk, eggs in a bowl
• Stir well until the batter is smooth
• Allow 2 to 3 minutes to thicken
• Pour batter into the pan or on the baking tray
• Turn over when the bottom is golden brown (turn around only once!)
