Pandan Chiffon Cake Mix
Pandan Chiffon cake mix is one of the mixes of Haan. Easy to use and the result is a wonderfully soft Chiffon cake. The mixes of Pondan Chiffon are also available in the taste of chocolate.
Necessities
- 1 Pack of chiffon cake mix
- 7 Medium eggs (350 gr)
- 3 tablespoons water (30 ml)
- 60 ml oil (or replace water and oil for 150 ml coconut milk)
Preparation method
- Preheat the oven to 170º C (convection oven 160º C.)
- Beat the eggs for 3 minutes until creamy
- Add the Pandan Chiffon Cake mix, then continue to beat ± 7 minutes until the cake batter is smooth and thick
- Add the oil and water or coconut milk and stir well for about 1 minute
- Spread a Chiffon cake mold (24 cm diameter) with margarine
- Bake the cake for 60 minutes. Let it stand for ± 10 minutes
- Remove the cake from the mold, ready to serve
