Hope Special O’dong are Filipino wheat noodles commonly used in savoury noodle soups. In the Visayas region, a popular noodle soup made with these noodles is known as pancit odong.
Pancit odong is often prepared with sardines in tomato sauce, squash, luffa, chayote, ginger, garlic, red onion and other vegetables. The name odong is derived from Japanese udon noodles.
