Special O'dong

These noodles are made from wheat flour and are widely used in various noodle soup dishes. In Visayas, this noodle soup is known as pancit odong. This noodle soup is made from sardines in tomato sauce, pumpkin, loofah, chayote, ginger, garlic and red onion in combination with other vegetables. The name is derived from the Japanese Udon noodles.
