Preparation method:

• Mix mamasuka meatballs with 1 kilo of minced meat or fish minced meat
• Add pepper salt, herbs, garlic, and other ingredients as desired
• Mix again until the meatball mixture is evenly, smoothly and gently mixed
• Shape the meatball dough to taste, place the meatballs in a pan hot water and cook until done
