Tofu Fa Mix

Tofu fa mix is a tofu pudding mix. Tofu pudding is a traditional Asian side dish. It is made from soybeans and often served with a sweet ginger syrup. Now Pondan introduces Instant Tofu Pudding, a simple way to prepare this popular dish yourself. Complete with sweet ginger syrup.

Necessities

• 1200 ml of water
• 1 pack of Tofu Fa Mix

Method

1. Add 700 ml of water to the instant tofu mix in a pan with a thick bottom, mix well until everything is dissolved.
2. Put the pan on the heat and bring the mixture to the boil. Let it simmer for 2 to 3 minutes and then remove it from the heat.
3. Pour the mixture into a bowl and let it cool until it has become tofu pudding.
4. For the syrup, dissolve the ginger sugar with 500 ml of warm water. Once all sugar has dissolved, bring the syrup to the boil.
5. Serve the tofu pudding together with the warm ginger syrup.
