A product with many names. This paste is made of a in the sun fermented mixture of mashed small raw shrimp and salt. This is pressed into manageable blocks that are used in many dishes. The fragrance of this paste is strong, but the taste does have an additional effect. This paste as Flower Brand paste is already roasted (bakar).
