Bihon Rice Sticks
This rice noodles is also called rice vermicelli. Rice noodles are often used in the kitchen for Filipino pancit bihon. This is a dish consisting of stir-fried rice noodles with vegetables and meat. Rice noodles are already steamed and cooked during their production process. When you start using the rice noodles than you should soak it in water enough. However, do not let them soak for too long if you want to stir fry it. Want to use the noodles for the soup than soaking is not required. You can als fry the noodles in oil with a temperature of 175 °C
