As of January 1, 2023, we had to change our rates for sending packages at home and abroad
Rate changes
Post NL has increased the rates for parcels as of 1 January and has also decided to apply a volume calculation to the parcels. This means to us that a normal package has become more expensive and unfortunately we also have to pass this on to you as a customer. We hope to be able to make adjustments to the site in the course of the year so that we can also apply the volume calculation to the orders placed with us. This would mean that the rates of small packages could become slightly cheaper. This takes a lot of time and settings on our site and we cannot yet indicate when we are ready for this.
Weight change
We have also been able to increase the maximum weight per package to 20 kilos to keep the package manageable. We therefore advise you to order plastic packaging if possible and not to order large quantities of fragile products at the same time.
