Enchilada sauce mix

It's easy to make this traditional Mexican favorite. With McCormick you cook the dishes perfectly as they should be. Just fry minced meat and mix with this sauce and roll up in your tortilla pancakes and enjoy!

Requirements:

• 1 packet of McCormick enchilada sauce mix
• 120 ml of water
• 1 can (235 gr) Tomato sauce
• 1 pound lean ground beef or turkey
• 8 tortillas of corn or flour (15 to 16 cm)
• Grated cheddar cheese

Preparation :

• Stir the sauce Mix, water and tomato sauce in a medium saucepan
• Let it boil gently
• Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes, or until it thickens
• Fry the meat in a large skillet over medium heat.
• Drain the Fat.
• Stir in 120 ml of the sauce.
• Dip the tortillas in the remaining sauce until coated.
• Spoon about 30 g of the meat filling into each tortilla.
• Roll up tortillas tightly.
• Place the seam side down in greased baking dish (28 x 18 cm). Pour the remaining sauce over enchiladas. Sprinkle with cheese.
• Bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 15 minutes or until the sauce is bubbly and the cheese has melted.
