Jacobina Biscuits

Jacobinas are typical Filipino biscuits. They are remarkably thick and consist of several layers and look a bit like galletas de patatas. These types of biscuits were first produced by the Noceda Bakery in 1947. In the Philippines, these biscuits are often eaten for breakfast in combination with coffee.
