Nesia Food Salted Rengginang are traditional Indonesian rice crackers, also known as ranginang. These thicker crackers are made from cooked, seasoned glutinous rice, shaped into flat, round discs and then dried in the sun.

This 200 g variety has already been dried and prepared, but is not ready to eat straight from the pack. Fry the crackers in hot oil until golden brown and crispy. The result is a crunchy, savoury rice snack seasoned with garlic and salt.
