How to prepare:

• Put 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan and heat the oil
• Fry any meat or fish in the oil
• When the meat or fish is done add the vegetables
• Add 300 ml of water
• Stir occasionally until the vegetable bite is cooked
• Add the Capcay seasoning mix
• Stir well and let it thicken slightly
• Ready to serve with rice or pasta
