Red Rice

This red rice is a long-grain type of rice from Thailand that is comparable to jasmine rice but in unpeeled form. Red rice is firm and with its nutty taste it is very special.

Preparation method:

     Pour a cup of red rice into the rice cooker
     Add 1.5 to 2 cups of water. Switch on the rice cooker and wait until the rice is cooked
     When the rice is cooked, keep the lid closed and let the rice rest for another 15 to 20 minutes
     To serve

Tip: For softer rice, add more water and let the rice rest longer
