Hot Cake Mix
Hotcake mix of white king is a delicious and easy to prepare recipe for pancakes. 1 pack is good for 6-8 pancakes. Easy to prepare with this instant mix. These pancakes are very different from what we are used to. They are a bit comparable to the American Pancakes, thick good filling pancakes.
What do you need
- 200 gr. Hotcake mix
- 30 gr. melted margarine
- 1 egg
- 120 ml of water or milk
Preparation method
- Mix the hotcake mix, 1 egg, the melted butter and the milk or water in a mixing bowl, stir the batter smooth.
- Pour your batter into a lightly greased hot frying pan.
- Fry the pancake on both sides for about 1 minute per side until browned and done.
