Mango Float Chocolate Crunch Cake

Mango float is a typical Filipino dessert. This dessert is now available on the Dutch market. The version is in a cake format of approximately 14 x 24 cm. The fresh combination of the mango with the whipped cream and graham crackers is an absolute must. This variant has a coarser crumb structure as a topping, hence the name crunch instead of crush.
