Menudo

This is a traditional dish from the Philippines. This stew is like a little with the Mexican dish only one makes in the Philippines do not use pens and red chili peppers. • 1 pack Knorr Menudo Recipe Mix
• 2 cups water
• 1 tbsp cooking oil
• 1/4 kg pork, cut into cubes
• 1/4 kg liver, cut into cubes
• 1/2 cup garbanzos
• 1 pc potato, cut into cubes
• 1 pc carrot, cut into cubes
• 1/2 cup raisins
• 1 pc bell pepper, cut into cubes

Method

1. Dissolve Knorr Menudo Recipe Mix in water. Set aside.
2. In a heated and oiled pot, saute pork and pork liver then add the mix. Stir.
3. When pork is halfway done, add the vegetables, stir and simmer unitl cooked.

Corn starch, sugar, salt, tomato, flavor enhancer E621, wheat flour, soy sauce, onion, thickener E330, yeast extract, flavoring.
