Musco Rocks

Bio Masco Rocks are chunks of pure, unrefined cane sugar with the characteristic dark color and smooth molasses flavor of muscovado. The chunks form naturally during the slow evaporation of fresh sugarcane juice.

During production, freshly pressed sugarcane juice is slowly concentrated at a moderate temperature. Because the sugar is minimally processed, its natural molasses remains present. This gives muscovado its distinctive deep color, rich aroma, and full-bodied flavor, making it quite different from ordinary white granulated sugar.

This Muscovado is produced from organically and sustainably grown sugarcane. The sugar is not refined during production and no unnecessary substances are added, resulting in a natural cane sugar that remains close to the character of the original sugarcane juice.

Muscovado chunks can be used in hot drinks, desserts, cakes, and many other sweet recipes. Their rich molasses flavor pairs particularly well with coffee, tea, chocolate, cakes, and cookies. The chunks can be broken into smaller pieces or dissolved as required.

Use

Mascobado sugar can, as a rule, replace regular sugar, whereby the color and taste can have an effect on the end result. Ideally, Masco Rockso is suitable for use with coffee and tea.
