Preparation

1. Place 1 cup of Riceberry rice in a rice cooker.
2. Add 1.5 to 2 cups of water. Switch on the rice cooker and cook until done.
3. Once cooked, keep the lid closed and let the rice rest for another 15 to 20 minutes.
4. Serve the rice.

Tip: For softer rice, add more water and leave it to rest longer.
