Riceberry rice

Riceberry rice is a newly introduced rice variety from Thailand. This rice gets its name from the beautiful purplish color of the grains. This rice is a cross between black rice and jasmine rice. If you have cooked the rice, you have a rice type that is soft and does not stick. The rice is fragrant and has a lot of anti-oxidants.

Preparation method:

1. Pour a cup of riceberry rice into the rice cooker
2. Add 1.5 to 2 cups of water. Switch on the rice cooker and wait until the rice is cooked
3. When the rice is cooked, keep the lid closed and let the rice rest for another 15 to 20 minutes
4. To serve

Tip: For softer rice, add more water and let the rice rest longer
