What do we mean by pre-order products?

With us, you can order certain products on a pre-order basis. This means you place and pay for your order in advance, and we will ship it as soon as we receive the stock.

For example: our fresh mangoes and Saba (cooking bananas) come directly from the Philippines. Since these products are fresh and not always immediately available, we work with pre-orders.

How does it work?

• You place and pay for your order in advance.

• As soon as we receive the fresh products, we prepare your order.

• Have you ordered other products as well? We will include them in the same shipment with your pre-order items.

• We ship the complete order as soon as the fresh products have arrived.

This way, you are guaranteed the best fresh products and you avoid missing out.
