Tokinoka Japanese Blended Whisky

Tokinoka Japanese Blended Whisky is an elegant Japanese blended whisky from White Oak Distillery in Akashi, Hyogo Prefecture. The name Tokinoka can be translated as “scent of time.” It is a blend of malt and grain whisky bottled at 40% ABV.

White Oak has a long history dating back to 1888, while its modern distillery in Akashi was established in 1984. Its location near the Seto Inland Sea and the significant temperature differences between summer and winter contribute to the environment in which the whisky matures.

Tokinoka offers a smooth and well-balanced flavor profile. The nose brings notes of cereal, honey, and light fruit, while the palate develops flavors of malted grain, vanilla, and white fruit. The finish is fresh with a pleasant touch of spice.
