Wonton Fry Sheets

These dough sheets are especially for the pangsit goreng, also called fried wonton. The sheets are square and slightly yellowish and measure 9 x 9 cm. Made of flour, egg, salt that gets crispy by frying. The filling can be made according to your own ideas. Pork mince is often used, but chicken mince and shrimp paste are also possible.

How to use?

• First let the dough thaw slowly in the refrigerator
• Meanwhile, make the filling of your choice
• Remove a sheet from the stack
• Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of the sheet
• Brush the edges of the sheet with water or egg white
• Close tightly and fry for about 2 minutes at 180 °C
