Wonton Steam sheets

These dough sheets are especially for wonton packages that can be filled with minced pork and / or chopped shrimp with ginger, spring onion, light soy sauce and sesame oil. The sheets are square and have a size of 9 x 9 cm and are translucent and slippery after cooking. The sheets are made of flour, egg and salt. Intended for in the soup.

How to use?

• First let the dough thaw in the refrigerator
• In the meantime, make the filling of your choice
• Remove a sheet from the stack
• Place a teaspoon of filling in the middle of the sheet
• Brush the edges of the sheet with water or protein
• Fold the sheet double, press it well and make sure there is no air in it
• Cook the wontons for 4 minutes in salted water
• Then serve them with a sauce or in the soup
