Satay Sticks

These satay sticks are perfect for making your own satay, but can also be used, for example, to skewer large shrimps and place them on the barbecue. The sticks are approximately 15 cm long and are made of bamboo wood. There are about 90 sticks in a bag of bamboo wooden satay sticks. If you want to use the skewers for satay, it is best to burn the tips of the skewers briefly. This ensures that the sticks shatter less quickly.

How to use?

Take, for example, one of the marinades below:

• Mama Sita's Barbecue Marinade
• Mama Sita's Barbecue marinade mix
• Chicken Marinade Lee Kum Kee
• Chicken Marinade Teriyaki Lee Kum Kee
• Char Siu Sauce Lee Kum Kee

Cut the meat of your choice into small thin slices or with chicken into coarse cubes. Marinate the meat with a marinade of your choice. Preferably burn the tips of the skewers with a lighter, this is not 100% necessary with this quality. Thread the pieces of meat onto the skewer. The satay is now ready for further grilling in the oven or on the barbecue.
