Preparation method:

• Prepare the Kentucky batter first. Mix 4 spoons of Kentucky flour with 8 spoons of cold water. Put the rest of the flour aside for a moment.
• Take the pieces of chicken (7-8 pieces) through the dry Kentucky flour.
• Take the pieces through the batter.
• Take the pieces of chicken again through the dry Kentucky flour.
• Fry the chicken pieces on a medium heat until golden brown.
• Ready to serve.
