Egg Noodles

Ideal for crispy noodles that you can easily add to your own stir-fry dish. Put some stir-fry vegetables in your wok with some oil and fry it until al dente, add the noodles and keep stirring for 5 - 10 minutes. You can add various sauces such as the vegetarian stir fry sauce from Lee Kum Kee to taste or you can use an oyster sauce.

How to use?

1. Boil the Lucky Life Egg noodles in plenty of boiling water for 5 minutes
2. Stir occasionally so that the noodles come apart
3. Drain and cool under running cold water
4. The egg noodles are ready for further use
