How to prepare:

• Cook the noodles in 480 ml of brisk boiling water.
• Stir in the spice mix after 1 minute. Let it simmer for another 4 minutes
• Remove from the heat and let it cool for a while
• If a thicker soup is desired, let it sit for a few minutes. Delicious with egg! Add one after simmering for 4 minutes and stir gently until the egg is well dispersed.
