Bakwan Kress coating mix

Bakwan Kress Seasoning Mix is a convenient Indonesian batter mix made from finely milled flour and a flavourful blend of herbs and spices. This ready-to-use dry mix makes it easy to prepare delicious, crispy vegetable fritters inspired by the popular Indonesian snack Bakwan.

How to use:

• Cut 50-100 gr of vegetables
• Mix 75 g kobe tepung bakwan flour with 100 ml water
• Stir well
• Add the vegetables to the batter
• Remove the vegetables from the batter and fry until golden brown
