Masoes

Masoes is a powder with which you make your rice yellow. Add 1 sachet a 4 gr to 550 grams of rice. Nice for example, nasi kuning.

Preparation:

• Fruit onion, pepper, garlic and add to taste tomato and/or tomato puree, black pepper
• Add well-cooked meat, bay leaves, allspice grains and, if necessary, vegetables.
• Bake all brown well with constant stirring to avoid caking.
• Add contents of a package to water in relation to the rice
• Mix everything and cook on the stove just like the rice
