Pisang Goreng coating mix

This ready-made flour from Kobe is perfect for making the most delicious Pisang Goreng yourself. Made from natural ingredients and according to a traditional recipe. It is even easier to prepare with this flour. Regular banana can be used to prepare plantains, although the preference is given to the real plantain due to firmness. This one is firm and cannot really be eaten raw.

Preparation method:

• Mix the contents with 50cc water and an egg to a batter
• Cut the banana in half and roughly chunks
• Add it to the batter
• Remove the banana pieces from the batter with a spoon and fry until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper, serve warm.
