Samalamig Pandan Gulaman Kit

This mix is a complete package with a mix to make the tastiest base for your gulaman drink. Complete with syrup, it makes this the ultimate summer drink. From the sunny Philippine shores comes a wonderful way to cool off on hot afternoons. Agar-agar, ice and syrup make Samalamig Geli Coolers - natural and easy! Mix it with hot water, let it cool and cut into cubes, and of course finish with a splash of syrup. Without artificial colors and preservatives. This Gulaman is based on seaweed and is not made from animal gelatin.

Preparation method:

1. Dissolve the Mama Sita Gulaman mix in 470 ml of boiling water
2. Pour the mixture into a glass and refrigerate
3. Let it cool until firm (about 30 minutes)
4. Cut the gulaman into cubes
5. Put the cubes in a glass
6. Put some shaved ice on top
7. Pour some syrup over it and enjoy

Gulaman:

Cane sugar, carrageenan blend (konjac gum, carrageenan, potassium chloride, and dextrose), pandan powder.

Syrup:

Brown cane sugar, water.
