Bihon Guisado Mix

Pancit Bihon Guisado is a wok variety with a noodle variety that is also known as rice vermicelli. Pancit stands for noodles and Guisado stands for stir-fried / stir-fried. This dish is often made with aromatics, meat (chicken or pork), seafood and vegetables. As with many dishes in the Philippines, each region has its own method of preparation and ingredients. Serve it with fried garlic and lime or fresh calamansi and stir-fry egg.

Preparation

• Dissolve the contents of this bag in 750 water and bring to the boil
• Add 250 gr of vegetables (eg carrots, cabbage) and let it cook gently
• Add the organic noodles (227 gr), stir and let it soak
• Ready to serve
