Chicken Taco seasoning mix

Chicken Taco Seasoning Mix is a zesty blend of authentic Mexican seasonings, including onions and peppers, that's certain to turn ordinary chicken into a fiesta of flavor. Nice in combination with, for example, iceberg lettuce, avocado and creme Fraiche. Quickly try the many flavors of McCormick.

You will need

• 1 tablespoon oil
• 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch strips
• 1 package McCormick® Chicken Taco Seasoning Mix
• 1/2 (120 ml) cup water
• 12 taco shells Substitutions available

Directions

• Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
• Add chicken and cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink.
• Stir in in Seasoning Mix and water.
• Bring to boil.
• Reduce heat to low
• Simmer 5 to 7 minutes or until most of liquid is absorbed and chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally
• Spoon into warm taco shells
• Serve with desired toppings
